Even after numerous design meetings some of the most basic considerations like orientation of the home, its energy efficiency, or even just “views” were never considered in its design.

BACORP Building Group, Inc. is a design and build team whose objective is to work with serious clients to extract specific information regarding their criteria such as life style, overall project needs, and provide the client with one or more energy efficient design solutions which work within their budget.

Each design is presented in floor plans, interior and exterior perspective views, which will even include a “virtual walk thru” utilizing our architectural software and our conference room Big Screen. Each design is then modified until the client is comfortable with both the design and the cost. The client is now where they want to be. They have a design and a price that they are satisfied with and they haven’t spent a dime.

Commercial Design & Build

BACORP and its principals have conceptualized, designed and built over $270 million dollars in residential, commercial and industrial rateables over the past thirty years in Ocean and Monmouth Counties. We have acquired land, designed and built Residential and Commercial Condominiums, Residential Sub-Divisions, a 12 acre 188 Slip Marina & Yacht Club, Commercial Shopping Centers, Apartments, Laboratory Clean Rooms, Self Storage facilities, a Post Office, Office Buildings, Medical and Dental Offices and the 42 acre Lacey Business Park.

All of the above projects involved Site Plans, Building Plans and a Proforma Construction Cost Analysis which all took place on our conference room Big Screen prior to ever spending the tens of thousands of dollars required for a Professional Engineer’s Site Plans, Architectural Plans, Legal Fees and a myriad of other Planning/Zoning Board fees and escrows.

Additionally, one would like to know the likelihood of the project you are contemplating will be financially feasible before spending those tens of thousands of dollars. Being able to know your total costs up front, via a Proforma Construction Analysis specific to your project, can assist you in the decision making process.
